What’s in store for June?

The Soul of June through the eyes of Shamarie

Well May if finally over and you can breathe a sigh of relief, maybe!

June is the 6th month of 2012 so the overall influence for June will be 6 +20 + 12 = 38/11/2

Firstly, let’s look at the new influence for the year which June brings, number 6, red over red.

Red is such a vibrant colour, it can mean unlimited energy, passion and warmth.  It can also mean warning!

Red is also the colour of blood, the symbol of truth and sacrifice.

Those with a 6 in their birth numbers are usually psychic in some way, even if it is not the traditional reading of fortunes etc.

Red is what we need when we are depleted emotionally, mentally and physically.

Wear red when you need extra energy and red socks to warm your feet.

Interestingly enough over the years, all of my clients who have had chronic fatigue have at least one 6 in their birth date.

Why is this so you may be asking.  Well, the energy in all of us, that really stirs up red, is our sexuality and anger!

Red is considered a warning colour for good reason.

When we have lots of anger and we don’t want to express it, we push it down which takes an energy of equal force.

Eventually this push and pull leads to exhaustion and fatigue.  The slogan of the flower children in the 60’s was make love not war.

Use your red energy wisely!

It is possible that we are going to see more road rage and short fuses for a whole variety of reasons throughout June.

This really will be the month for sending love to diffuse and calm down those who feel the need to make war.

Ultimately, anger in itself is not a problem it is a natural, normal emotion. It is how we set boundaries.  It is what we do with our anger that is important.

So this month spend time contemplating what makes you angry and how you use your anger to control or hurt yourself or others.

One of my favourite “stories” that I tell clients is about the lioness with her cubs.  The cubs are all climbing over her, chewing her ears, perhaps swinging off her tail and she sits and tolerates.

When she has had enough she gives them a warning growl and perhaps a whack with her paw, enough to say ENOUGH!  If she actually whacked with full force she would kill her cubs.

The other new introduced energy is 38, Violet over Green.  So, we are not completely done with the jealousy issues of May.  But with this combination the green is sitting in the unconscious mind and covered with the spiritual colour of violet.

My message from this bottle is be discerning – things and people are not always as they may first appear to be.

True beauty comes from within, so scratch below the surface.

What is the true nature and intention of the person before you .. despite their words, appearance or social position?

The last new influence is number 11, clear over pink.  Such a pretty bottle, but it does pack a punch.

Pink after all is just watered down red!  Lots of things can be said about 11, but in context of the energies of June, the main influence is to find the unconditional love inside.

Express it with sincerity towards yourself and others.

It is important to open yourself up to receive love from others. Sometimes it may come from unexpected places!

So, June will be strongly influenced by the energy of 2.  We have looked at two before, but let’s recap.  In June the 2 comes from the breakdown of 38/11 which is Bottle 2, blue over blue – peace on every level.

So we can perhaps take a breather from all the jealousy and infighting that was going on in May.

The only way I know to create peace on planet earth is for each and every one of us to find peace within ourselves.  We all need to find the love and acceptance that comes from within.  Unfortunately we are taught from the time we leave the womb that we must seek love outside of ourselves.

When we cannot find a satisfactory source, many turn to drugs, prescribed or “recreational”, alcohol or the endless pursuit of things and people to make us happy.

The challenge of 2 is our struggle with authority.  Our first authorities were our parents.  If you have problems with authority, your unconscious mind will reproduce this experience in many different areas of your life.

We cannot have peace whilst we are still struggling with corrupt authority or uncaring institutions. The secret is to understand that we cannot change them from the outside; we must change them from within each and every one of us.

Peace on every level means within all the layers of our mind, body and soul.

Bottle 2 challenges us to become our own inner authority, which does not mean that we never listen to others or that we believe that we know everything.

Our own inner balanced authority that is based in unconditional love can be heard guiding us.

Our inner authority is primarily for us and us alone.  It should not be used to enslave others to our ways.  A balanced inner authority naturally acknowledges and respects the inner authority of others.

An inner authority that suggests or demands dominion over others is corrupt. It is an honour and a privilege to have others listen to our inner wisdom and guidance, not a right bestowed by virtue of social role, gender or age.

2 also comes from 20. You may remember from my previous posts that Bottle 20 was about its primary impetus, the communication of unconditional love, which of course can only be extended out to others when we have first reached that state within ourselves.

Bottle 20 helps us find the child within, and heal that child. Our children are largely emotional beings with not much rational thought; however, suppression of emotion does not generate sound rational thought.

Last month you probably experienced many grown individuals behaving badly.

It is such a shame to be 30, 40 or 90 and still living your life through the emotional immaturity of a two-year-old child and usually a wounded child at that.

The hallmark of emotional maturity involves moving beyond childish temper tantrums, schoolyard or boardroom ‘he said/she said’ feuds.

Emotional maturity is not about suppression of your emotions, but mastery of them.  In so doing, becoming independent of the opinions and approvals of others. This however, does not mean that you no longer take into consideration the wellbeing of others.  With emotional maturity comes awareness and responsibility.

So, that’s it from me for June.  Have fun and make love not war with the right people, in the right circumstances of course.

The Soul of May

May is going to be interesting month; one astrologer remarked that the Scorpio full moon on Sunday May 6th is going to be a super hit.

By this she means our unconscious mind and emotions are going to be strongly influenced by this month’s moon’s energy.

So let’s look at the energies of May using the Aura-Soma bottles.

May is bottle 5 yellow over orange, the same frequencies as the sum of this year – 2012 adds to 5.

A quick recap of the energies of bottle 5.

When you shake this bottle the two colours, red and yellow produce orange the colour associated with bliss, a bliss that comes from the physical body that embodies our emotions and the intellect.

It is a whole being experience.  This is the state that we would all like to achieve.  However, what is being stirred up in the unconscious mind is our hurts, the abusive situations we have been part of and of course red always has a component of rage.

The traumas that can potentially come up from the depths during this month are not just minor things.  These are our deepest fears, which threatened to dissolve and destroy us.

This month you are likely to see people behaving badly, some of you probably already have.  Be cautious that you are not one of them, try to sit back and not engage.

However be aware of your feelings as they come up from the depths.  If you have processes to clear your issues great, if not seek help to finally clear them from your energy.

Take the 5 from May and the 5 from 2012 and you get 10 which breaks down to 1.

Let’s look at Bottle 10 first green over green.  Green is a beautiful colour it is calming and healing.  People who feel at home in the natural environment and with animals usually love green.

Though like all colours green has another side.

There are three challenging aspects of Bottle 10.  The first one; the loss of your identity when you become what those around you want you to be.

When you lose your identity becoming a doormat to others you lose your personal and unique place in the world.  The second is the green-eyed monster of jealousy.

Jealousy is driven by fear, fear that there will not be enough or that it impossible for you to have what another has.

Jealousy destroys all that it comes into contact with including its source.

A big lesson in May will be to understand that in order to receive you must give.  Jealousy only seeks to take.  You cannot have what you are not prepared to give.

The third; the inability to change and do something different.  If we are not prepared to do something different than we have always done, we will continue to get what we have always had.  People with a lot of green are usually dragged kicking and screaming towards change!

The hidden yellow in green can drive fear or it can drive happiness.  Which would you rather be?  A bottle of sunshine or a spitting viper stuck in a crevice consumed with jealousy?  The sunniest space for each and every one of us is our own unique role in the world, no one else can have it, and so jealousy is a waste of energy.

Jealousy like everything else is just a pattern that needs to be cleared.

The other colour that makes up green is blue.  Blue is the colour associated with peace, but take it too far and depression can result.  Within the Aura-soma system blue over blue Bottle 2 is associated with authority both masculine and feminine.

So this month is going to be the push and pull of finding peace and tranquil spaces, finding our own authority and coming into conflict with authority figures.

Authority in itself is not bad.  It is how we exercise our authority that counts.  Do we use our position of authority to suppress and destroy others or to nurture and build them up?

Finally Bottle 1, blue over magenta.  This is the embodiment of the safe harbor that we all seek.  It is being in that place or with that person that we know we can count on.

How do we personally strive to be the safe harbor for ourselves and for others?  We need to sort out all the stuff that is contained within Bottle 5, Bottle 10, Bottle 2 (Blue/Blue) and Bottle 42 (yellow/yellow) We must face our own shadows selves, that part that can be self-serving to the extent of throwing another under the bus.

We will never feel safe with anyone else is we cannot be trusted and how can we trust anyone else if we cannot trust ourselves?

Fear and jealousy makes us dangerous people, we need to understand that these qualities do no serve us or anyone else.

Fear causes us to be self-serving and yet at the same time we want others to give to us freely.

We truly do need to let go of all of our difficulties from the past and be all that we personally can be.

Standing in our own sunshine, without the need to overshadow any one else.

May is certainly going to be an interesting month!
