How To Make Bulletproof Coffee
Start by brewing up you coffee black as usual. You will then pour it into the blender. You can use a hand blender for this also. One Tablespoon of Butter and one Tablespoon of Coconut Oil is added and then you can blitz for about 20 seconds or until it’s a blended consistency. You know it’s right when you have a nice creamy head on it like a Latte. - Brew up a cup of your favorite coffee – try and swap to low toxin if you are not already using one.
- Add in 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil – we suggest you start with one tablespoon and progress to two.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons grass-fed, unsalted butter or ghee.
Bulletproof Hot Chocolate Instructions
Bulletproof Hot Chocolate is an alternative to Bulletproof Coffee that you can try if you’re following a Ketogenic Diet, or any other high fat low carb diet.
Bulletproof Hot Chocolate Recipe
2 Tbsp. Grass Fed unsalted butter
1 Tbsp. MCT oil
1 Tbsp. raw cacoa powder
1/8 tsp. raw vanilla powder
pinch of salt
liquid Stevia to taste
11 oz. hot water
*optional: I add 1 Tbsp. Hydrolyzed Collagen Protein Powder and my vitamins/supplements into the blender also.
Place all the ingredients into the blender and mix until well blended. Add the Collagen Protein Powder after you blend and mix by hand to get the best results from the Collagen. (Great for the skin)
