I purchased a voucher from Groupon for SEVEN SHINE CLEANING SERVICES. I called every month to book in and they could never book me in. Eventually CON stated that its not worth it to honor the voucher. Con and Groupon are REFUSING to refund the money despite their terms and conditions stating that you will receive a refund if the merchant does not provide the service.
