- 2 cups of Apricots – packet is fine
- 1 Tin of Condensed Milk
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- additional coconut for rolling your balls in
This is the easiest recipe on the planet .. here’s all you need to do!
Start by giving your Apricots a good blitz in your processor.
Combine your 2 cups of Apricots with your tin of condensed milk and your 2 cups of desiccated coconut.
Next, roll your mixture into balls and then roll and cover in extra coconut.
Finish by popping in your fridge to harden up and enjoy. In order to make them last the distance, it is suggested that you store is a sealed container. You can expect them to last up to 8 weeks when stored correctly.
