They’re easy, they’re cheesy and the whole family will love them! You can get as inventive as you like and add all your favorite ingredients. How To Make Potato Pancakes Video

- 2 Russet Potatoes, peel and chopped
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, Pepper to taste
Add to food processor and blitz. Put ingredients in strainer over bowl for 5 minutes. This will help you get a nice thick batter. The moisture that is left over is poured out but you will add the potato starch to your potato and onions. Add 1 tablespoon flour, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and some pepper to taste. Mix it up until you have a nice thick Potato Batter.
