They say that if green is a colour in your food it’s good for you! Well, Popeye certainly benefitted from his Spinach and it’s one of the favourite foods in our Community. These Spinach Balls are the perfect appetizer and they are so quick and easy to make. Did we mention delicious! Oh Yeah! Just be sure you make enough. We suggest you double your recipe as they are guaranteed to fly off the plate!
Cheesy Spinach Balls


They really do tick all the boxes being quick, easy and healthy. They are a great recipe to have on standby and did we mention delicious! They are the perfect savoury treat and they really do fly off the plate! You can prepare ahead and freeze them uncooked or cooked. So, what do you need to make your own Spinach Balls? Let’s look at the Shopping list!You are going to need some seasoned stuffing crumbs,  frozen spinach (well-drained), onion, eggs, melted butter, and some Parmesan. The preparation factor is almost non existent.

You simply combine your ingredients and then roll them into little balls and pop them on your baking tray! Spinach Balls

How To Make Spinach Balls -:

2 (10 oz.) packages frozen spinach, thawed & well-drained

2 small onions, very finely chopped (I use a food processor)

2 1/4 c. stuffing with herbs (I use Pepperidge Farm)

6 eggs, beaten

1/2 c. butter, melted

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

2 tsp. garlic salt

1 tsp. black pepper
