To make this delicious treat couldn’t be easier and being no bake, it takes very little preparation time whatsoever. We have included a video tutorial that shows you how. In the video above, they use a plain Marie biscuit which is an option for those that don’t want to use Chocolate Biscuits. Each are equally delicious. It’s just a matter of personal taste.
- Crush Chocolate Ripple biscuits and Crown mints.
- Add your cocoa and condensed milk to the mixture.
- Mix all your ingredients together and roll into balls.
- Finish by rolling and coating in coconut.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set well. Enjoy!

200 grams mint chocolate slice biscuit
125 grams room temperature cream cheese
250 grams melted dark chocolate
Blitz the biscuits 15 seconds on speed 5 then add cream cheese and blitz a further 20 seconds on speed 5. Using a medium sized cookie scoop, make little balls, set them on baking paper. Chill 10-30 minutes. Roll into balls with your hands and dip into your melted chocolate. Set aside on parchment paper then refrigerate in an airtight container to keep. Subscribe to Channel here
