Have you discovered Coconut Cake Loaf yet? It’s a super easy recipe that is absolutely fail proof and it couldn’t be easier.
We are always on the hunt for easy and delicious recipes to share. When Wendy from Wendy’s Kitchen Table fame told us about this old fashioned cake, to say we were excited was an understatement!
In fact, we couldn’t wait to let you know about it! Wendy refers to it as the 1+1+1+1 Cake. It’s literally 4 ingredients that are all one cup each! Wendy likens it to the Great Depression Cake and says that it is so incredibly light and moist. You can ice it using lemon or passionfruit and it’s great with a cream cheese frosting too. She also says it’s fail proof! According to Wendy, a 5 yo could make this cake! The bottom line is quite simply, you can’t go wrong!
