- 1 packet of Active Dry Yeast
- 4 and 1/3 cups of all-purpose flour
- Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 2 cups of lukewarm water
- Garlic cloves and Canola Oil for an optional Garlic topping

Start by mixing your yeast and water in a large bowl, then stir in the salt and one cup of the flour with a wooden spoon ( metal spoons aren’t recommended). Add the rest of the flour one cup at a time and cover with a piece of plastic wrap, then leave it to ‘prove’ for around an hour. Lightly oil your skillet, punch down the dough into a basic shape and pop it into the skillet. Cover the skillet with a tea towel and leave for another 30 minutes.
