- 2 cups of whole wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- Shredded carrot
- Mint leaves
- Canned pumpkin puree (not to include any spices.)
Preheat the oven to 350˚F/180˚C.
Mix the whole-wheat flour, eggs, and unsweetened applesauce together until it forms a dough.
Divide the dough into 4 and transfer to a separate bowl. Add blueberries, shredded carrot, mint leaves, and canned pumpkin puree into the bowls and stir until the dough and flavor are mixed well together.
Dust hands and surface with whole wheat flour. Roll out all four doughs separately until thin and cut out with cookie cutters. Place each biscuit onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Store leftover biscuits in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.

Spinach Carrot Zucchini Dog Treats Recipe
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 3 cups whole wheat flour, or more, as needed
- 1 carrot, peeled and shredded
- 1 zucchini, shredded
- 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
