We were excited when we found this awesome tip from The Kitchn – They suggest that by placing your unused avocado in a plastic container with a piece of chopped onion that you can keep your Avocado fresh for days. They also said that this process works for guacamole too. Simply sprinkle uncut onion on top of your dip and it works a treat.
