As the result of recent publicity regarding the murder of 27-year-old Jayson Doelz at Kersbrook in January this year, police received a call from an anonymous member of the public with information regarding the this case.
This caller contacted BankSA Crime Stoppers at 10.40am on Monday, 23 April and provided information that related directly to the murder.
Major Crime Detectives involved in this investigation have determined that this caller has crucial information relating to the murder and are appealing for that person to ring back.
If the caller re-contacts BankSA Crime Stoppers they will be able to be put through to speak directly with a Major Crime Investigator involved in this case.
It should be re-iterated that the information will be treated in the strictest confidence.
Assistance is also still sought from members of the public to identify the owner and occupants of a late model black Ford sedan with dark stripes and distinctive mag wheels which was sighted at the murder scene on Monday 9 January this year.
