FESTIVAL-GOERS have been warned to be wary of people selling tickets to Parklife music festival after 20 were stolen from a car last month.
Police said the tickets were stolen, along with a laptop computer and cash on August 25, between midnight and 3am, from a car on Kintore Ave in the city.
Anyone who is offered a ticket for the festival on Sunday, October 7 should check the unique five digit reference number in the bottom right hand corner of the ticket.
The stolen tickets had the reference numbers 37102, 37104, 37105, 35487, 35488, 35489, 35490, 40952, 40953, 40955, 40956, 40957, 40958, 40959, 40960, 40961, 40962, 40963, 40964 and 40965.
